I heard you on the wireless back in fifty two...

Yesterday morning I got up very early (OK, 7am but hey, it was a Saturday) and headed to the studio of Radio Cardiff to be interviewed by Jeremy Rees for his show.

I've never done radio before but Jeremy put me at ease and I have to say it was pretty good fun.

Some of you may have missed it (or hey, live outside of Cardiff) but fear not!  Jeremy has edited down our chat about blogging, awards, food and restaurants in Cardiff into a handy podcast.
