TICKET EVENT ONLY - £45 per head
A special 5 Course set menu with be selected and cooked by Head Chef Wesley Harris using fresh local & seasonal produce to tantalize your taste buds.
Each course will be accompanied by a handpicked range of wines, perfectly matching each dish.
As part of the evening, the owner of a fantastic local supplier/producer 'Trealy Farm Charcuterie' will be here to discuss and inform you of his great product range and will introduce each ingredient as you get the opportunity to sample their great meats as the first of 5 courses.
We will be also in the company of Max Lloyd of Bibendum Wines (Our London based wine importer), who will discuss the wines that are on offer to you and to explain why we selected each wine to match the specific course.
Not only that, but every customer will also have the opportunity to go into our kitchen and watch Head Chef Wesley Harris give a live demonstration on a course to see how it is prepared and cooked. Along with some chat and banter, this will be a great chance to see how a real kitchen works and the effort that goes into creating great food.
