Market Kitchen heading to Cardiff!
The lovely Mark Sargeant, ex-chef at Claridges, just tweeted me to say he's coming to Cardiff next weekend with the Market Kitchen Roadshow.
Head down to the city centre (yep, not very specific are they) between 9am - 4pm (first demo at 10.45am; last demo at 3pm) and enjoy some cookery demos, samples and perhaps treat yourself to some goodies.
