The Challenge

Well my friend Paddy has agreed to let me attempt to teach him how to cook.

It'd be impossible to convert him from loving chicken grillsteaks and oven chips to becoming a fully fledged foodie but if I can instil some of the basics in him then I feel we will have accomplished something.

Expect madness, mayhem and lots of laughs along the way.
